OUR RESTAURANT
Rooster's Grazing was established on November 23, 2024. Felix our executive chef has worked in many restaurants throughout Jackson Wyoming as a Sous Chef, and has experience in many cuisines. His ultimate dream has been to build a restaurant of his own. Before starting Rooster's he has a catering company which led his to establish Rooster's in Montpelier, ID. Felix has lived many lives, and by far this chapter has been his favorite. Alongside his daughter they run Rooster's with the most dedicated amazing team. Rooster's is built on faith, good food, and great company. Stop by to experience this hole in the wall restaurant.
OUR FOOD
Every item on our menu is made in house and beautifully crafted by our amazing team. All our sauces, and dressings are homemade daily. Our steaks are hand cut, and seasoned to perfection. The fries, are hand cut and fried never frozen, never from a bag. We pride ourselves on creating dishes that represent our values as a restaurant. Rooster's has an amazing kitchen team that not only makes our food but creates art.
